Denis is Professor of Socio-Legal Studies Emeritus of the University of Oxford, a position he held from 1993 to 2017. He is a Professorial Fellow Emeritus of Wolfson College and Co-Founder of the Foundation for Law Justice and Society, an independent institute for the better understanding of the role of law in society. He also holds a recurrent Visiting Professorship at Princeton University.
His policy-based work includes commissions from the OECD, the World Bank, and DIFD, among others. Professor Galligan has published books and articles on the role of law in society, administrative law and justice, and on the social foundations of constitutions.
Dr. Mónika Magyar
Mónika is an independent media lawyer with experience of advising and working with major international media enterprises, broadcasting companies, studios and media production companies on compliance and regulatory matters both at national and EU level. She worked in Brussels for several years for an association representing the interest of over 30 broadcasting companies in front of the European Institutions and has participated in many legislative proceedings on EU level media regulations, working closely together with different DGs of the Commission.
Recently she has concentrated on information security and data protection issues. She is a qualified DPO, providing practical guidance for different entities on GDPR related issues.

Dr. Mónika Magyar
Mónika is an independent media lawyer with experience of advising and working with major international media enterprises, broadcasting companies, studios and media production companies on compliance and regulatory matters at national and EU level.
She has extensive experience in project management and completed many successful projects for ACTE Brussels and for major International companies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Comparative Constitutional Law and currently is the Managing Director of the UAE50 Programme and Joint Managing Director of Oxford Cyber Academy. She is based in Budapest

Andrew has a wealth of experience in the commercial sector having owned and run design and networking businesses in both the UK and Hungary.
He has over 40 years of experience gained in the creative design, marketing and communications fields, growing and developing brands for national and international clients working in product, interior, retail and graphic design disciplines. He has lived and worked in Paris and London and his work has been seen as far afield as Miami, The Middle East and Tokyo .
He has completed projects for a number of celebrity clients and is also a qualified and experienced lecturer.
Andrew is also Joint Managing Director of Oxford Cyber Academy and is based in Oxford.
