Welcome to The Oxford Commission on Constitutions.
The Oxford Commission on Constitutions [OCC], part of the Oxford Cyber Academy, is dedicated to the study of constitutional issues nationally, regionally, and internationally. The basic premise is that the constitutional order is a foundational feature of a nation, that a well-functioning constitution is essential to effective government, to prosperity, and to the well-being of the people.
“Don't interfere with anything in the Constitution. That must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties.”
Abraham Lincoln

Home: OXFORD
What better place could there be for OCC to be located; Oxford, the seat of learning, not only offers the surroundings of elegance and cultural history but is home to some of the finest educational establishments in the world.
Within the many colleges of the University itself and the institutions and foundations nearby, lies a wealth of knowledge and experience. Together with the Commission's own board of experienced and independent, international advisors, these are on hand to serve as support and provision to the OCC's demanding research projects, with experienced, highly qualified research personnel readily available.
